Choosing your target market by number of staff is one of the most valuable types of targeting because regardless of industry, companies of a similar size by number of staff experience similar challenges and have a lot in common.

We are often asked about targeting by turnover, however both in NZ and Australia there is no legal requirement to report turnover, and as a result this figure is not openly shared. We prefer to use number of staff as a measure which we is more openly shared and easier to verify.
